INDRA (Individualised Non-Standard Dialogue Recognition Application) allows users to delete their account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account in the App
- Open the INDRA app.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Upon confirmation:
- Your account will be permanently deleted.
- Your email address and authentication identifier will be removed.
- Your profile information, including name, language, country, region, age, gender, phone number (if provided), and speech impairment information will be deleted.
- Your recorded and uploaded audio files will be deleted.
- Your personalized speech intent models and classifier files will be deleted.
- Associated training data and metadata will be removed.
Data Retention
- Operational and security logs may be retained for a limited period for security, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
- Aggregated or fully de-identified data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for system improvement and research.
