Purpose of audio collection:

  • Train your personalized speech intent model

  • Improve recognition accuracy for your account

  • Improve the overall performance, accuracy, and functionality of the App using aggregated or de-identified data

Consent:

  • Audio recordings and uploaded audio files are processed only with your explicit consent, provided by using the App’s recording or upload features.

2.3 Usage & Technical Data

We may collect technical information such as:

  • App version

  • Device type

  • Error logs and diagnostics

  • IP address (for diagnostics and security)

This data helps improve app performance, stability, and user experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the App

  • Authenticate users securely

  • Train and run speech intent recognition models using recorded or uploaded audio samples

  • Store training progress and results

  • Improve reliability, features, and user experience

4. Data Storage, Security & Cross-Border Processing

Your data may be stored and processed using secure cloud services:

  • Google Cloud Storage for recorded and uploaded audio files and classifier files (currently in India)

  • Cloud-based relational database (currently in the US) for application state and metadata

  • Firebase Authentication for identity management

Cross-Border Processing:

  • Your data may be processed and stored in locations outside your country, including India, the United States, and other locations where our cloud service providers operate.

  • We take reasonable measures to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws, including:

    • Using reputable cloud service providers with recognized security certifications

    • Limiting access to authorized personnel only

    • Processing data according to this Privacy Policy and applicable laws

Security Measures:

  • Encryption of audio and sensitive data at rest and in transit

Limitation of Liability:

  • Recorded and uploaded audio files and classifier files are retained for the duration of your account unless you request deletion

  • Usage and technical logs, including operational and security logs, are retained for a limited period to ensure service reliability, performance monitoring, and security. These logs are not used for profiling and are automatically deleted after a defined retention period.

Global Users:
